WorkEthic is administered as a pilot program by the Indiana Department of Workforce Development in collaboration with workforce investment boards, schools and post-secondary institutions.
The initiative is designed to recognize students who successfully demonstrate the core traits sought by employers in the global economy: teamwork, discipline, commitment, responsibility and more.
