College Leaders

Thank you for supporting College GO! Week.

There is already a lot of good work being done in Indiana at the state and local level. We are very excited to be able to partner with our colleges and universities on this new statewide effort. Together, we can work to ensure every high school student takes a specific, practical step during this week to prepare for college.

We are asking that you be creative in promoting and implementing College GO! Week. Reach out to nearby high schools and make sure they are participating. Here are just a few ways you can help:

  • Encourage student organizations on your campus to sponsor a local high school's College Go! Week, including serving as mentors or campus contacts for area high school students.
  • Provide transportation to special on-campus visits or promote virtual tours.
  • Encourage alumni to reach out to high schools and students in their community with a list of simple ways they can help.
  • Recognize College GO! Week at a college football game, campus rally or other public event leading up to the start of College GO! Week.
  • Engage your college marketing staff: place a College GO! Week logo on your Web site, add the event to your campus calendar, and/or send a personalized letter, note or other sign of encouragement to area high school students.
