These grade-specific, easy-to-read publications address a variety of key topics related to student achievement: academic standards, ISTEP+, Core 40, career exploration, planning and preparing for college, study strategies, tips for parents, and more.
For all publications, each public and accredited private school will be provided with student and parent materials based on 2006-07 reported enrollment plus 40 percent. Budget limitations will not allow any additional copies to be shipped to schools.
The Student Success Mini-Magazines are listed first and the other publications (Career and Course Planner, Core 40 brochure, GQE brochure) are listed second.

Student Success Mini-Magazines
The state’s well-received Student Success Mini-Magazines return this year and can be downloaded below. This year a printed Spanish edition for Limited English Proficient students in grades 4 through 8 is also available. Copies of the Spanish editions will be shipped to each district’s English as a second language coordinator for distribution to local schools.
